In this research paper, the researcher used a qualitative approach which is data collection in juvenile delinquency topic, and differential association theory most prominent form of social learning theory. The hypothesized that there linkage between having deviant parents becoming criminal as well friends criminal. found effect peer groups parent during adolescence quite similar. Both have an important position teenager’s life; also slum neighborhoods, fragile personality, poverty play critical roles delinquency.
